Individual Note

Napoleon Peltzer, geb. zu Moskau am 21. Juni 1835, widmete sich der Tuchfabrikation, war kurze Zeit in der Tuchfabrik zu Narwa thätig und trat später in die Tuchfabrik seines Schwiegervaters Georg Peltzer in Moskau ein, gründete im Jahre 1871 eine eigene Tuchfabrik in S.Petersburg, die nach seinem im März 1890 erfolgten Tode auf seine Söhne Eduard und Arthur überging.

Unter seiner und seiner Brüder Eduard, Robert und Alexander Mitwirkung wurde im Jahre 1882 eine vom ehstländischen kaiserlichen Oberlandgericht zu Reval bestätigte Familienstiftung im Betrage von 155,000 Rubel zur Erinnerung und zu Ehren ihres Vaters errichtet.
