Abt Fridrich des Gotteshauses in der Richenoew (Benediktinerorden), das unmittelbar dem Heiligen Stuhl in Rom unterstellt is, verleiht Hans Bollinger von Nubron (Neubrunn) den von seinem verstorbenen Vater ererbten Viertel der Hube von Hubron, die an Selmat und Offerhofen grenzt.
