Mr and Mrs James Wambold of Walnutport R.1 are celebrating their 51st wedding anniversary today. They were married March 19, 1901, at the parsonage of the rev. W. J. Andreas, Bath.
The couple has eight children: Harry C., Floyd S. and Howard C., all of Philadelphia: Grace A. wife of Sylvester Marsh, Danielsville: Jesse b., Danielsville R.1, Ray H., Allentown; Wilmer G., New York City, and Lillian A., wife of George Oster, Bethlehem R.3. There are 12 grandchildren and three great- grandchildren.
Mrs. Wambold is the former Miss Bertha Leibenguth. Her husban has been employed by the Garnet Chemical Corporation, Allentown, for the last eight years. Both are members of St. Paul's Evangelical and Reformed Church Indianland.
