Services for Mrs. Lillian Salls, 87, of Somerset will be at 11:30 a.m. today in Beth Israel Memorial Park, Woodbridge. Arrangements are by the Flynn & Son Funeral Home, Fords.
Mrs. Salls, who died Tuesday in Central Jewish Home for Aged, Somerset, was a teacher in the Woodbridge Township school system for 15 years before retiring in 1978. From 1948 to 1965, she owned and operated Sall's Jewelry Store in Woodbridge.
She received a teaching degree from Trenton Normal School. Mrs. Salls was active in the sisterhood at Congregation Adath Israel in Woodbridge and was a former member of Hadassah.
Born in Plainfield, she lived in Woodbridge for 52 years before moving to Somerset 11 years ago.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Sharon Mofsowitz; a sister, Mrs. Frances Rosenblum, and two grandchildren.
