Notes
Complications after a few falls, and a heart attack. The first time he fell, he was walking up the stairs carrying water for both he & his wife, Hazel - so his hands were full. The power went out & he lost his footing & fell down the stairs. No serious injury, but definitely led to the weakness & unsteadiness after that. He died in hospital after a fall in the bathroom, where he broke a hip & after surgery, died after 2 heart attacks in post-op.
