De Lugio à Lugdunum : et la lumière fut.

Les CSOKA étaient originaires du village de Dunaszekcsö (village bâti sur les fondements du camp romain de Lugio) sur la rive droite du Danube dans le comitat du Baranya en Hongrie. A 7 km au nord se situe le Mont CSOKA, qui culmine à 149 m (sur la commune de Bata, dans le comitat de Tolna).

La première mention d'un CSOKA dans les registres paroissiaux de Dunaszekcsö date de 1752 et se poursuit jusqu'en 1770.

De là, ils migrèrent, à 15 km au sud-est en traversant le Danube,  dans le comitat du Bacs-Kiskun, à Nagybaracska (anciennement Bellaberdo, d'après les registres de la commune voisine de Csatalja, où le prêtre catholique y enregistra les premiers baptêmes en 1742).

Janos CSOKA, mon père, en partit en 1956 (lors de révolution hongroise, brutalement réprimée par les chars soviétiques) pour la France pour finalement s'établir dans la région lyonnaise.

Du côté français, les CHARVET sont originaires de la Bresse (Curciat-Dongalon), les SIBUET du Bugey (Chaley), les CLARET de la Haute-Savoie (Viry), les COLLOMB du Nord-Dauphiné (Rochetoirin et ses environs), les BIENAIMÉ de l'Anjou (St-Paul-du-Bois), les VERMASEN de la Gueldre (Pays-Bas).
