(3) Samuel, son of John (2) was born Feb. 5, 1692, and came to Abington with his oldest brother Nicholas, about 1712. He married Hannah Poor, and lived on the place now occupied by the Misses Niles. They had eight children: Samuel b Sept. 19, 1715; Daniel; Mary b July 10, 1718; John b April 20, 1720; Benjamin
b Dec. 20, 1721; Abigail b Feb. 13, 1724; Jacob b Sept. 3, 1726; Ebenezer b Nov. 24, 1729. He died Nov. 6, 1729.
