Florence Elizabeth "Lib" Clinard, 78, of Jacksonville died April 12 at Carillon Senior Living Center in Lubbock, Texas.Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Brookwood Baptist Church with the Rev. Norman Aycock officiating. Burial will follow at Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery in Jacksonville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Melvin Clinard. Survivors include a son, Bruce Clinard of Lubbock, Texas; a sister, Margaret Gorman of Baltimore; a half-sister, Suellen Jones of Atlanta; and two grandchildren.
